This is a personalised service about your house and surroundings.

Initially, we visit your house to make notes, take pictures, assess the surroundings, and review any documentation in your possession that could help the investigation into the history of the house.

If you decide to proceed we will ask you to sign a letter of agreement and pay a non-refundable deposit. Prices on application but the all-inclusive charge covers 30 hours of research and report writing, all travelling costs to archive offices, local libraries and museums, photocopying documents, incidental expenses and the cost of the spiral bound report with illustrations and maps as available.
